- Will I be starving or drinking weird juices all week?Definitely not! You’ll enjoy real, satisfying food, including protein, healthy fats, and plenty of colorful veggies. This reset is about nourishment, not deprivation.
- Do I have to buy special supplements or products to do the reset?Nope! I'm not affiliated with an MLM or any supplement companies, and there are no extra purchases required. I do point out some optional supplement types, but I'm not promoting any specific brands. You'll just need to shop for your groceries (and the shopping guide has you covered!).
- Do I have to cut out coffee?Only if you want to! Having my morning coffee is a non-negotiable for me, so I'd never expect you to do that either.
